One of the areas in which I specialize in is Williamson County in Tennessee. In terms of cost of living, Williamson County is considered to be one of the wealthiest counties in the United States. It makes sense then to find some beautiful pieces of real estate in the area!
Williamson County covers a total area of 583 square miles and incorporates the cities of Brentwood, Fairview, Franklin and Spring Hill; the towns of Nolensville and Thompson’s Station; and a number of smaller unincorporated communities.
It’s an excellent time to buy property in Williamson County as home appreciation has increased by 6.5% over the last 12 months. At present, the median home price in the area is around $453,400.
